Pencader Family Centre offers support and advice for parents and carers in rural Pencader, Carmarthenshire. The Centre is a thriving fun place where children 0-4 years can enjoy a stimulating environment to play and learn in. Courses are also provided regularly for parents to attend, including Positive Parenting and for those local parents who want support in attending the Centre, they have an outreach worker who can undertake home visits.
A Major Grant of £45,000 was awarded for 50% of salaries over 3-years for their Family Support Workers.
